CORN RELISH 
10 lg. ears corn
1 med. green pepper, seeded and minced
1/2 med. red pepper, seeded and minced
2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/3 c. cider vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. turmeric

Scrape the corn kernels from the cobs. Mix the corn kernels with the remaining ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Pour into warm sterilized jars and cover.
