CHOCOLATE BROWNIE COOKIE 
1 1/3 cups butter flavor Crisco
1 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups pecan or walnut pieces
1 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine Crisco and sugars and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat with electric mixer on low speed, 1 minute or until creamy. Add beaten eggs.

Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternating with milk, beating on low speed about 1 minute or just until blended. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake at 350°F for approximately 15 minutes or until cookies puff.
