BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. cooked sausage, bacon or ham
Bread, enough slices to form 2 layers in a 9"x13" pan
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 grated cheese

Cut crusts off bread. Butter one side and place enough slices, butter side down, to cover the bottom of a 9"x13" pan. Mix eggs, milk and cheese. Layer meat on bread. Pour egg mixture over meat. Place the second layer of bread, butter side up, over the egg mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 250 degrees for 55 minutes.
