BREAKFAST FOR FOUR OR MORE
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. sausage
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 c. grated cheese (sharp Cheddar)
6 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 to 3 slices bread, cubed (enough to cover bottom of pan)

Cook sausage and drain. Beat eggs. Add salt, mustard, and milk to egg mixture. Beat again. Place in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer with bread, sausage, and cheese. Pour mixture over it. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Easily serves 6 to 8 people.
