BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. bulk sausage
9 eggs
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
12 slices bread
3 c. milk
1 green pepper, chopped
8 oz. fresh mushrooms
1 (9x13) pan

Brown sausage. Add green pepper and mushrooms. Drain off fat.

Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper (to taste). Tear bread into small pieces. Mix all together and store in refrigerator overnight. Take out 1 hour before baking.

Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Let set 10 minutes before serving. Great for breakfast or brunch. 10-12 servings.
