CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
1 lg. angel food cake
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
4 eggs
1 pt. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. sugar

Split cake in half and break into chunks. Put half of cake in bottom of pan. Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler or microwave. Remove from heat and add 4 beaten egg yolks. Beat egg whites and add to chocolate mixture. Cool.

Add whipped cream (sweetened with 2 tablespoons sugar) and vanilla. Pour half of mixture over cake chunks, add rest of cake. Pour remainder of chocolate mixture on top. Chill in refrigerator overnight. Top with whipped cream and cherry.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
