1 c. honey 3 eggs, well beaten 2 tsp. baking soda 1 c. flour 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar Mix above and let stand overnight. In the morning, when ready to bake, add: 4 to 5 c. flour Chill dough and roll out. Bake on greased pan. 8 dozen cookies. FROSTING: 2 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. butter 1 pt. marshmallow creme Milk (to spreading consistency) Cookies have to stand 8 hours after being frosted. |
