BAR COOKIES
14 oz. can condensed milk
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. molasses
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. finely crushed honey graham cracker crumbs
1 c. finely crushed gingersnap crumbs
1 c. chopped (med. fine) walnuts

Line a 9-inch square baking pan with wax paper; grease paper. In a medium bowl, stir together condensed milk, corn syrup, molasses and vanilla until blended. Add graham cracker crumbs, gingersnap crumbs and walnuts; stir well to distribute evenly.

Turn into prepared pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until edges leave sides of pan - 20 minutes. (A cake tester inserted in center will not come out clean.) Run a small metal spatula around sides of pan and turn out on a wire rack; strip off wax paper; with another rack, turn right side up. Cool partly, but while still warm, place on cutting board and cut into bars.
