BLOWOUT COOKIES 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. honey roasted peanuts
3/4 c. coarsely chopped frozen mini peanut butter cups (about 12)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine flour and baking soda. Set aside. Beat the peanut butter and butter together until fluffy. Add both of the sugars and beat until light and smooth. Then add the egg and beat for 3 minutes. Add vanilla and mix well. Stir in the flour mix and beat thoroughly. Sprinkle the milk over mixture and beat to soften dough. Fold in the chocolate chips and peanuts, carefully add candy. Drop by 2 tablespoons clumps on ungreased sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until just browned. Makes about 30.
