HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 c. chopped celery (raw)
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 hard boiled eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Salt & pepper to taste

Chinese noodles or bread crumbs or potato chips and cheese on top. Mix and heat in casserole at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 8.
