HOLIDAY FRUIT PUNCH 
2 c. pineapple juice
4 c. orange juice, fresh
2 c. lemon juice, fresh
1 c. maraschino juice
1 gallon water
4 c. sugar
1 qt. gingerale
Garnish: Fresh mint Orange slices 1 lg. ice ring

Combine all ingredients except gingerale and chill. Just before serving, add gingerale. Pour over ice ring in punch bowl. Float thin slices of orange and lemon. Sprinkle with fresh sprigs of mint.

Ice Ring: Fill a ring mold according to size needed with water, then freeze. Unmold and place in punch bowl. Ice rings can be garnished by placing small fluted orange slices or lemon slices and/or cherries on bottom of ring. Cover fruit very carefully and freeze. When frozen, carefully add very cold water until ring is full. Skill lies in keeping garnish from floating before thoroughly frozen.
