SESAME SHRIMP 
2 lb. shrimp
4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
3 c. sesame seeds
Salt & pepper

1. Combine eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper.

2. Combine bread crumbs and sesame seeds.

3. Dip shelled shrimp in flour, then milk and egg mixture. Then bread crumbs and sesame seeds. Fry in hot oil for about 3 minutes.
