FAVORITE PEACH PIE 
4 to 5 fresh peaches
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 pt. coffee cream
1 pie shell

Peel and halve peaches. Lay face down in unbaked pie shell. Mix coffee cream, sugar, cinnamon and flour together. Pour over peaches.

Bake at 350°F for 35 to 45 minutes until lightly brown.
