1 lb. sausage, hot or mild
1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. Bisquick
Dash hot sauce (optional)

Mix sausage, cheese, Bisquick and hot sauce until well combined. Make balls 1 1/2 inch in diameter. Place on ungreased sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May freeze and recook 5 minutes longer.
