GRILLED TOMATOES 
2 tomatoes, halved
1/2 c. sour cream
1 green onion
3 tbsp. jalapenos
2 tsp. flour
3/4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/4 c. each Jack & Cheddar cheese, shredded

Mix all ingredients except cheese with hollowed out tomato pulp. Fill tomato halves. Broil 2 to 3 minutes until sour cream browns. Put cheese on top, broil 2 to 3 minutes until melted. 4 servings.
