"CORNER GRILL" CHILI 
3 lbs. hamburger
1 tsp. garlic (granulated)
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. red pepper (ground)
1 1/2 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. chili blend
1 tsp. black pepper
Dash Texas Pete
1 (29 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (29 oz.) can water
2 (29 oz.) cans tomatoes, chopped
2 (29 oz.) cans pinto beans
1/2 jalapeno pepper, chopped
Extra water, if needed

Brown hamburger, onion and pepper. Drain if meat is fat. Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer about 2 hours.
