CUCUMBER SALAD 
Slice fresh cucumbers as for table use, peeled. Carrots, onions, bell peppers, radishes and any other vegetable you wish, such as green tomatoes and cauliflower. Pack in a gallon jar. Mix 1 cup vegetable oil, 3/4 cup sugar and 1 cup vinegar. Pour over pickles and refrigerate several hours. Delicious with vegetables or as a salad. Will keep in refrigerator several days.
