SEAFOOD STEW 
2 lg. shrimp (u-12)
2 Cape scallops in the shell
4 Little Necks in the shell
1 qt. fish stock
1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
2 anise seeds
1 lobster (split in half)
4 oysters in the shell
2 (5 oz.) pieces haddock
4 oz. tomato sauce
1 sm. onion, chopped
Basil, thyme, salt, pepper

Place all ingredients in pot; cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until seafood is done. Serves 2.
