PENUCHE FUDGE 
2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1 1/3 c. condensed milk
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Boil sugar, water and milk to soft ball stage. Add butter, vanilla, and uts. Stir and pour into a greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Cool and cut.
