JAPANESE PIES 
4 eggs
2 sticks marg.
2 c. sugar
1 c. raisins
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Slightly heat eggs. Mix other ingredients. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.

Yield: 2 pies.
