HICKORY SMOKE MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg
3/4 c. oats
1 c. tomato juice
2 tbsp. Hickory Smoke barbecue sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 slice bacon

Combine first 8 ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Press into 4 x 8 inch loaf pan. Spread additional barbecue sauce over top of loaf. Top with bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing. Yields 6-8 servings.
