BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER RING 
5 c. broccoli flowerettes
5 c. cauliflowerettes
1/2 c. water
1 sm. tomato, cut in 6 wedges, seeded
2 tbsp. water

Place broccoli flowerettes and cauliflowerettes in a 3 quart casserole. Sprinkle 1/4 cup water over vegetables. Cover tightly with Saran Wrap, turning back to vent. Microwave at high power 9 to 13 minutes or until crisp tender, stirring after 5 minutes.

Drain and arrange tomato wedges on bottom of 2 quart glass ring mold, skin side down. Arrange cauliflower and broccoli over tomatoes, pressing to pack firmly. Add 2 tablespoons water. Cover tightly with Saran Wrap, turning back edge to vent. Microwave at high power 3 minutes, drain and invert onto serving plate.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
