MOSTACCIOLI AL FREDO | |
1 (1 lb.) pack Creamette Mostaccioli 1 c. heavy cream 1/2 c. soft butter 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. garlic powder Prepare Creamette Mostaccioli according to package directions. Drain. In large pan, heat cream and butter on low heat. Do not boil. Add Mostaccioli, cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Toss gently to coat. Serve immediately. 6-8 servings. |
