PASTOR AL'S CHOCOLATE RITZ
CRACKERS
 
In a double boiler, melt 1 or 1 1/2 pounds of chocolate almond bark. When melted, stir in 2 drops of oil of peppermint. If you have a 1 1/2 pound package, add 3 drops. (Do not use peppermint flavor, you may have to get this at a drug store.) Drop Ritz crackers into the chocolate; fish out with a tong and put on wax paper. (Don't put them on a metal pan - they'll stick.) Cool very well!
