PEANUT BUTTER MELTAWAY CAKE 
CAKE:

1 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk

Add and mix:

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Bake cake 30 minutes at 350 degrees using a 9 x 13 pan. Cool cake.

Mix 3/4 cup peanut butter, 3/4 tablespoon oil. Spread this on cake. Cool in refrigerator 20 minutes. Heat 1/2 cup butter, 1/4 cup cocoa. Add to this 1 pound 10x sugar, 6 tablespoons buttermilk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Spread this on cake.
