MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 sm. pkg. macaroni, about 8 c. cooked
1 lb. ground beef
1 can vegetable vegetarian soup
1 can tomato sauce, 16 oz.
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Onions, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste

Brown ground beef and onions with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, cook macaroni and drain. Mix ground beef and macaroni together. Add soup and tomato sauce. Mix well. Put cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

I sometimes add 1 can green beans, drained, for color and more nutrition.

This recipe can be doubled or tripled when you are expecting a large crowd.
