MEXICAN CHILI CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion, diced
3 tbsp. oil
1 can (14 oz.) vegeburger
1 can (2 oz.) vegetarian chili or chili beans
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. tomato catsup
Salt to taste
1 c. cubed cheese
1 pkg. Fritos, crumbled

Saute onion in oil. Add vegeburger, chili, tomato sauce, catsup and salt. Simmer 10-15 minutes, stir occasionally. Put burger mixture into 13 x 9 inch pan alternate with cubed cheese and Fritos, ending with Fritos. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8.
