LOW CALORIE PUMPKIN PIE | |
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin 1 can (13 oz.) evaporated skim milk 1 egg 2 egg whites 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. biscuit mix 2 tbsp. sugar 12 pkts. sugar substitute 8 Equal 4 Sweet 'n low 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice Mix all ingredients in blender, blend 3 minutes on medium. Pour into 9 inch pie pan sprayed with a non stick agent. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. |
