1 box yellow cake mix with pudding
1/2 bag of chocolate chips (1/2 of 12 oz. bag)
1 egg
1 stick melted butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix together and press into a 12 x 9 inch pan. Beat together 1 box 10X sugar and 18 ounce package softened cream cheese until creamy. Pour over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely before cutting into small squares.
