CHEESEBURGER PIZZA
1 (10 oz.) pkg. refrigerated pizza dough
1 lb. lean ground beef or sausage
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 med. onion, sliced thin (opt.)
4 slices American cheese, halved diagonally
1/3 c. chopped dill pickle

Grease a 12 inch pizza pan or a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. On a lightly floured surface roll dough into a 13 inch circle for the 12 inch pan or 14 x 10 inch rectangle for 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Transfer dough to pan. Build up edges slightly. Bake shell at 425 degrees for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

Meanwhile, cook ground beef until browned and drain. Stir in pizza sauce, mustard and pepper. Bring to boil and reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.

Spread meat mixture over crust. Top with onion (optional) and cheese slices. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with chopped pickle. Makes 6 servings.
