1/2 lb. hamburger
1/3 c. onion
1/2 c. milk
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese or colby
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper

Brown meat with onion. Drain. In large mixing bowl mix together meat and onion, milk, 4 eggs, cheese, salt, oregano, and pepper.

Prepare crust for 10 inch pie pan. Bake crust in oven until done (microwave 6 minutes in glass pie pan). COOL PIE CRUST. After crust has been cooled, pour mixture into pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
