CHEESE BISCUITS 
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. self rising flour
1 stick butter
1/4 c. milk
Dash of cayenne pepper

Have cheese and butter at room temperature. Blend with flour, milk and pepper to make soft dough. Roll on floured board 1/2 inch thick. Cut with small biscuit cutter. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until light brown.
