BANANA NUT BREAD 
1 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. mashed ripe bananas (2 med.)
2 eggs
2 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans

In mixer bowl, cream together sugar and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in mashed banana and eggs. Add Bisquick and pecans. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.

Bake in 350°F oven for 1 hour or until done. Cover with foil last 15 minutes if bread browns too fast. Cool thoroughly before slicing.
