SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
3 eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp. milk
1 lb. 4 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
3 c. unseasoned croutons

Cream butter and sugar well. Add eggs and mix well. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6-8.
