TOFFEE 
1 ream saltine crackers
2 sticks butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 bag chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Melt butter, add brown sugar, bring to a boil for 3 minutes. Line saltines flat on a cookie sheet. Pour butter/sugar mixture over saltines. Put in the oven for 7 minutes; watch so it doesn't burn. Pour chips over mixture. They'll melt. Spread evenly. Place in freezer for at least 15 minutes. Break into bite-size pieces. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
