DEVILED EGG CASSEROLE 
6 hard cooked eggs, peeled and halved lengthwise
2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. plus 3 tbsp. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
Bread crumbs

Scoop out yolks of eggs. Add 1 teaspoon of the onion, 1/4 teaspoon of the mustard, 1/2 teaspoon of the salt, Worcestershire sauce, 3 tablespoons of the cheese and mayonnaise to yolks. Mix well. Add more mayonnaise, if desired, to taste. Put mixture into egg whites. Melt butter, add flour. Cook few minutes over moderate heat, stirring.

Gradually add milk. Cook, stirring until smooth. Add remaining 1 cup cheese, remaining 1 teaspoon onion and 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard and pepper. Cook, low heat, until cheese melts (stirring). Arrange broccoli in 8 inch square pan. Place eggs on top, carefully spoon cheese sauce over all. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 6.
