SWEDISH PANCAKES 
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. light cream
2 c. milk
6 tbsp. melted butter
6 beaten eggs

Sift dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Beat eggs until light. Add cream, milk, and butter; beat until smooth. Add to flour mixture and beat until smooth. You may use a platter pan. I use small Teflon fry pan. Butter pan before each cake and use 1/4 cup mixture for each cake. Stack on plate and cover to keep warm. Serve with syrup, lingon berries, or powdered sugar.
