CHICKEN BARBEQUE SAUCE 
3/4 c. cooking oil
2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 egg

Parboil 3 pounds of chicken. Mix ingredients together, then marinate the chicken for 6 to 9 hours. (Use only for grill cooking.) With a cooking brush, spread the sauce over the pieces as it is cooking.
