MEXICAN PIE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can enchilada sauce
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
8-10 oz. Longhorn cheese, grated
1/3 c. water
12 corn tortillas
1 (4 oz.) chopped green chilies

Brown meat and onions. Add sauce, water, soup and chilies. Layer with tortillas and cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
