MICROWAVE PEANUT BRITTLE 
1 c. raw peanuts
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. white syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Put peanuts, sugar, syrup and salt in large bowl and cook full power for 5 minutes. Stir. Cook full power for 2 minutes (cook longer if it's not getting brown). Add the butter and vanilla; stir. Microwave on full power for 1 minute. Add the baking soda and stir.

Pour the peanut brittle out on foil. Spread it out, but not too thin. This peanut brittle will turn out perfect every time, and it's alot easier than on the stove.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
