SHRIMP AND LINGUINE 
1 1/2 lbs. shrimp (med. and peeled)
3/8 olive oil
1/2 c. white wine
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. parsley
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 oz. lemon juice

Cook linguine and rinse with hot water. Put oil, wine, seasonings, garlic and onion in skillet and heat. Stir in shrimp until pink. Stir in linguine and parsley. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve with salad.
