SALMON CASSEROLE | |
8 oz. med. noodles 1 can (1 lb.) salmon 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans condensed mushroom soup 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 c. cracker crumbs 5 tbsp. butter Cook noodles; drain and flake salmon, reserving the liquid. Combine salmon liquid, soup and cheese. Add noodles and salmon. Mix lightly. Place in greased casserole. Mix crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake in moderately hot oven (375 degrees) for about 40 minutes until heated and crumbs are browned. Serves 6. |
