SALMON-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 head broccoli or 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 med. onion
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. red pepper or 2 tsp. any creole seasoning
1 tsp. black pepper
1 can salmon

Cook broccoli and cut in medium size pieces. Saute onions with cut up mushrooms. Add seasoning and dash of Lea and Perrins. Combine all ingredients. Break salmon in large pieces. Place in casserole dish. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
