STRAWBERRY BREAD | |
3 c. all-purpose Flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. Salt 1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon 2 c. Sugar 2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen sliced Strawberries with juice 4 Eggs 1 c. Oil 3/4 c. Pecans, chopped Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon together; stir in sugar. Beat eggs and add with remaining ingredients, stirring just to mix well. Bake in two greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pans at 350°F for 1 hour. |
