FUDGE 
1 1/2 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
5 c. marshmallows (mini)
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring milk, sugar and butter to a rolling boil. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips and vanilla; mix well with mixer. Pour into buttered 13 x 9 inch cake pan. Cool, cut into squares.

For Peanut Butter Fudge: Omit chocolate chips and vanilla. Add 1 cup peanut butter with marshmallows.
