FUDGE CANDY 
1 bag mini marshmallows
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 lb. butter, cut into sm. pieces
4 1/2 c. sugar
13 oz. evaporated milk

In a large bowl, combine marshmallows, chocolate chips, walnuts, vanilla and butter.

In a saucepan, combine sugar and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil for 9 minutes, stirring constantly.

Pour hot syrup over first ingredients; stir quickly. Turn out onto a large buttered pan. Spread evenly. Cool. Makes 4-5 pounds.
