FUDGE 
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. walnuts

Put sugar, milk, butter and salt in pan and bring to a boil. Boil 6 minutes at medium temperature. Remove from stove. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 1/2 cups marshmallow and mix until marshmallow melts. Add 1 cup walnuts, chopped. Divide into 2 bowls. To one add 1 cup semi- sweet morsels. To one add 1 cup Nestle milk chocolate. Grease pan. Dark fudge on top, light on bottom. Refrigerate uncovered.
