1 med. flower pot & 1 artificial flower
1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 stick butter
2 sm. pkgs. instant French vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Crunch cookies (small amount at a time) in blender. Place 1/2 of cookies in bottom of flower pot. Soften cream cheese, add butter. Mix together. Add sugar, pudding, milk and Cool Whip. Mix all together. Pour onto the cookies in the flower pot. Top with remaining crumbs. Chill several hours. Add artificial flower and serve.
