FISH CASSEROLE 
4 pieces (1 1/2 - 2 lbs.) of any white fish
1 c. fresh mushrooms
1 c. grated Jack cheese
2 lbs. diced green onion
2 stalks celery, chopped
Chopped parsley
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

Pl ace fish in lightly oiled dish. Lightly salt and pepper. Layer mushrooms, cheese, onion, celery, parsley. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
