SWEET SOUR SAUERKRAUT MEATBALLS 
2 # ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 eggs
1 sm. onion
1 tsp. pepper

Mix well; shape into meatballs and brown in frying pan.

1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, well drained
1 (16 oz.) whole cranberry sauce
3/4 c. chili sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. water

Mix together and place layer in bottom of baking dish. Top with layer of meatballs, then another layer of sauerkraut and meatballs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
